Self-care isn't just about going to the salon and getting pampered. Self-care also includes engaging in hobbies, taking a walk, and setting boundaries. Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, come sit with us for a slice of pastry and a cup of coffee for an afternoon chat. Let's talk about our self-care routines and get the ladies' ideas on how we can include or improve self-care in our long list of to-do list.

Payment: No meetup fee but please order from the shop as a thank you to be able to hold the event free of charge.
