Stress can create havoc with your health. Research has indicated that 80% of all sicknesses are due to prolonged periods of stress.
Essential Oils have been used for thousands of years for physical and emotional healing. By breathing in the scent of pure essential oils the limbic system, the brains center of emotions and memory, are activated. What better way to reduce your stress than with breathing Essential Oils!
Below are my top six essential oils for balancing body and mind, while keeping STRESS at bay!

Frankincense is uplifting, increases inner strength, and helps to keep a positive outlook on life. In ancient times it was more valuable than gold.
Apply one or two drops on your brainstem, crown and third eye. Diffuse during mediation or simply use as your daily skin care. Frankincense is rejuvenating for the skin too!
LAVENDER
