Changing Your Life By Addressing The Health How(s) – Singapore – November 6-December 11 (Program)
Contributed by Liza Rowan September 5, 2017
Would buying a new handbag change your life? Probably not.
Could investing a few hundred dollars in learning about nutrition change your life? Well, it certainly can.
Nutrition isn’t just about WHAT you put into your body. The process starts well before that with how you plan your meals, how you organise your kitchen, how and where you shop, how you listen to your body, how you cook and how you eat.
Wow, so many HOWs!
Fear not, it is easier than you think.
One client here in Singapore got her HOW sorted (we did also discuss the ‘what’) and lost over 13kgs in the process. She now walks tall (which she is anyway) and confidently into a room with a wide smile that shows she is comfortable in her own skin. Like every woman deserves.
She regained the confidence to go back to the gym; she now loves working out and has energy to spare. Whereas before, she admitted to needing a daily nap.
I know for this beautiful lady, there is no going back. She now understands that being healthy is a given right; she misses none of the junk food, over-eating, disorganisation or low self-esteem which were all part of her life six months ago.
We recently caught up over lunch (which she promised, in celebration, if she lost and kept off 10kgs) and we enjoyed the most delicious degustation menu along with some wine; without the slightest bit of worry or guilt.
That aside, it warms my heart to see someone so lovely and so sweet to be content again in their own skin, knowing that they are back in control of their body, of their health, and of their life.
So what are the HOWs that help achieve this?
Invest a little time and effort in the HOW – so that leading a healthy lifestyle and feeling absolutely comfortable in your own skin, come as easy to you as it does my client. Trust me, you are worth it.
