Ally is a person with disability (PWD). She found it hard at first to accept her mental illnesses (Depression and Bipolar 1 Disorder) but throughout the recent years, have learned to accept them. "By God’s grace and guidance and with the help of medications, my psychiatrist, my loving family, relatives, and friends, I must say I’m coping well and living a normal life like what others have," she says.
