Carolina was born in Colombia and grew up in London and has spent the last 10 years on the move – from London to Buenos Aires, then Sydney, Singapore and Bangkok. She is the mother of two beautiful, cheeky ones; Santi who is 9 and little Miss Luna who’s almost 2.
Carolina is the founder of the Take time to BE YOU practice. A process (based in the principles of life coaching, positive psychology, mindfulness and life by design) aimed at helping her and other women live more mindful, intentional and meaningful lives. This practice got her through the struggles she encountered through motherhood and the expatlife and she is now committed to sharing it with other women.
For as long as she can remember, Carolina’s passion has been to work with people, helping them where needed. And so alongside working with the female-expat community, she has spent the last 16 years working with the non-for-profit sector doing community work, fundraising and project management.
