Ian Jones

Ian is responsible for Business Development at Rubato Insights. Ian is a problem solver, focused on assisting organizations with continuously improving client & employee engagement through the use of Share My Latest Ratings (SMYLRs); Rubato Insights, cloud based insight solution.

Ian graduated as a Structural Engineer from University College London before pursuing a career in capital markets technology. For the past 8 years, Ian has worked between New York and London in client facing management roles. It is through his direct exposure to problems faced in the client and employee experience areas that led him to Rubato Insights.
