Isabelle is French and spent a part of her career in France as Communications Manager in International companies as well as public institutions. She passed a Master’s degree in Mass Communication as well as a MBA specialized "Food and Wine Marketing and International Management" from the best ranked Luxury school of business, in Paris (Sup de Luxe/EDC). Passionate about gastronomy and wine, travels and photography, she travelled the world before deciding to land in Singapore, in 2009. Since then, she worked in different companies in Singapore, in the hospitality industry.
End 2014, she decided to setup her own business, Apicius Consulting, an impassioned hospitality consultancy company, based in Singapore. Apicius Consulting provides customized solutions in food & beverage marketing, survey and trends in South-East Asia. A support to foreign F&B companies who want to enter the ASEAN market.
