Roda came out of 17 years of corporate work with a mission: to establish successful businesses and enable others to do the same. She focuses on building up businesses for her clients in the Philippine market, where there is strong attention due to the strength of its economy.
She founded three businesses, two in Singapore and one in the Philippines, and does Business Development for another Recruitment Agency, the fourth in the brood.
With the experience she gained while in the corporate world, and setting up her own businesses after, she now helps those who have business intentions in the Philippines.
