Can We Bring The Humanity Back To Faceless Corporations?

Faceless corporations and institutions are an easy target these days for those wishing to blame all of society’s ills on capitalism. Is it too late, or can we bring back some humanity to big business?

Is it really possible to develop thought leaders throughout an organisation that are willing to put themselves out there and talk with passion about the problems you’re solving? What are the risks if you do? Wouldn’t it be safer to say nothing at all?

I have co-authored a 28-page report looking into these 21st century challenges. I think this is a hugely important business topic and would love you to tag anyone in HR/training/leadership who you think could contribute to this discussion.
