Delegate or Automate – A Simple Guide To The Virtual Workplace.

I know you work hard, even when you don’t ‘feel’ like it because you and I both know a successful business is not built on feelings or whims of passions, but on systems and your willingness to keep showing up, day after day.
But if you really want to grow your business, you first need to make sure you’re not completely overwhelmed. Once you get overwhelmed and stressed to breaking point, your performance will suffer (a.k.a. burnout) and so will your business. If you feel piled up with day-to-day tasks you may be wondering if now is the time to start offloading some of that work. Luckily for us, in this day and age, there are so many ways you can do that which don’t involve hiring full-time physical employees who work with you in your office or home. You can hire online contract workers for projects, find experts with obscure talents to do random one-off tasks, recruit a remote team to work in a virtual office set up and you can even automate repetitive tasks using online tools and bots without having to hire a person to do them at all.
If you are trying to figure out which of these options makes the most sense for you, I’m here to help!
The world of work is changing, don’t let your lack of technology skills hold you back from scaling your vision and making you more effective at what you do.
