5 Simple Shifts for An Awesome 2015
Contributed by Cheryl Liew-Chng January 15, 2015
The first thing you need to know is that being a HIGH performer beats being a PEAK performer every time. Why? Because being a high performer is a woman with a long-standing impact and a strong, long success story. How do you create this?
Here are 5 Simple Shifts to being a High Performer:
#1. Achieve clarity. Who are you at your MOST authentic core? Spend some time and think about this and come up with 3 words that truly describe you.
#2. Implement MASSIVE authenticity and practice your 3 words in every interaction you have, not just with fellow high performers. Commit to be 100% present and carry your 3 words to everyone you meet, even someone serving your lunch or delivering your mail.
#3. Have a framework for life. High performers know that they must have good life practices, with heavy discipline. Rest creates truly productive actions! Accept no less than 7 hours of sleep every day. Drink more water and eat well (and get those you care about in your home to eat well, too!)
#4. Define what is most important to you, get more rest, and be more productive. You¹ll need courage for that, believe me. TODAY: Make a list of how you spend your time and PRUNE activities off that you can delegate (or eliminate).
#5. Build your sphere of influence. Being impactful is the only way to live a truly valuable life. Are you influencing your team, your community, and your family? Are you truly impacting the world at large? Are you delivering your best results? Are you planting seeds in your home, work, and challenging everyone in your life to step up their game and live a better life? These are essential questions you MUST ask yourself today.
Just one day is all we need. More details here http://bit.ly/HPBRetreatJan2015
