Experience Mindfulness Meditation In A Half-Day Workshop – Dec10 (Event)
Contributed by Pamposh Dhar* December 2, 2016
Meditation brings numerous short- and long-term benefits.
This upcoming workshop will teach you several different ways to meditate, so that you can see what works best for you. All the techniques are easy yet effective ways to release stress, clear your head, and find calmness.
You will learn how meditation can help to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and how you can set up a regular practice at home to get the full benefit of meditation. While occasional meditation will help you release stress and bring calmness to your day, regular practice will make you a calmer, more peaceful, and happier person – for life.
Client Feedback From Recent Workshops:
“Lovely experience of calming and just being able to re-connect with myself in a peaceful way.”
- Rena Pierron, Yoga Teacher
“A very enjoyable exploration into a variety of meditative techniques. Excellent for the novice as well as a more practiced meditator.”
- Natalie Turner, Founder, Women who Lead
After-workshop support is offered in the form of free guided meditation videos on YouTube, and nominally priced group meditation practice at the Terataii Centre from time to time.

MORE DETAILS
This workshop is designed to be complete in itself for those who are happy to stop here and continue to practise what they have learnt; or as the first step in a longer journey of deeper meditation and better understanding of life. The second step of that journey is the Joyful Meditation workshop (conducted over two half-days), and the final step is Inner Transformation (also two half-days). You can choose how far – and how deep – you want to take your meditation, and you can set your own pace for the journey.
