With leadership experience beginning at the tender age of 15, to a 10-year career with British Airways, as well as forming several successful businesses, Gina’s unique blend of logical common sense and technical creativity has firmly established her on the Singapore business networking and entrepreneur mentor scene.
Social Mission
Gina believes that professional development and entrepreneurship training should be accessible to all women regardless of geographical location, race, education and financial standing.
Vision And Purpose
Gina runs a number of businesses and initiatives with a focus on providing ongoing training and resources to support business growth and career advancement. Networking skills, business and professional development, entrepreneurship and technology training are at the heart of everything Gina does.
Working with corporate and community partners, local organisations and government agencies Gina continues to provide initiatives for women lead businesses to strengthen the local startup and SME ecosystem.
A key objective of Gina’s work is to foster the exchange of business and expertise on a local, regional and international level – in conjunction with, and supporting, technology powered social mobility projects.

The programme focuses on working with tech providers to make tools, training and knowledge available, passing on the most important lessons and resources for starting and running a business.
Gina’s passion for helping young women embark on successful careers and entrepreneurial journeys lead to securing funding through the National Youth Council to engage and empower more young professionals.
Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations
Gina has been a volunteer for SCWO since 2011 where she offers support to the Secretariat team with their social media and online community building strategy.
Gina was invited to join the Singapore Women’s Register panel as a mentor in 2011 specialising in small business and entrepreneurship, personal branding and online profile management.
Gina was nominated co-chair of Women’s Register Committee in September 2012 supporting its mission to provide a platform for mentoring, networking, education, and inspiration.
