The best jam has the most basic ingredients. Not ingredients and preservatives you can’t pronounce, or dyes to give them the right color. So what should you watch out for in your morning jelly?


Making breakfast or tea time a little healthier is not that difficult. Jam requires just a few ingredients; even better if it’s a dense preserve, then you get more fruit pieces! Sounds yummy, and I’m thinking a nice whole wheat biscuit would go quite nicely with that jam!
