Healthy Snacks: Super Easy Guacamole

This super-easy guacamole goes well as a side dish, or as a healthy snack between meals – served with crudités.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ready in: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Optional: red tomato and bell pepper
- Mash the avocado with a fork, leaving it slightly lumpy.
- Add other ingredients and stir in.
