Healthy Snacks: Super Easy Guacamole


This super-easy guacamole goes well as a side dish, or as a healthy snack between meals – served with crudités.

 


Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ready in: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Optional: red tomato and bell pepper



Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado with a fork, leaving it slightly lumpy.
  2. Add other ingredients and stir in.

 

Get The Children To Help

Any kid over the age of four can help ‘rough chop’ for this recipe – it’s that easy.
