Hot Hot Weather, Cool Cool Refreshing Bird Nests Drink!

Looking forward to a well-deserved rest over the weekend? It’s time to chill.
Coconut water seems to be the new fad these days. You probably have seen different brands, canned or bottled, and read so much about it already. And yes, we are going to talk more about it, and introduce you to our refreshing concoction! Super easy, super nutritious.
FRESH COCONUT DRINK WITH BIRD NESTS
What You’ll Need:
1. A piece of dried bird nests (8gm) soaked and loosened.
2. Two fresh and young Thai coconuts.
3. An electrical double boiler with 300ml of water for the inner pot.
4. Four glasses.
How To Make Your Drink:
Step 1: Double boil the bird nests for about 40 minutes using mid to high heat until the strands are soft, and turn translucent.
Step 2: Chill both the coconuts and the cooked bird nests, separately, in the fridge for about an hour.
Step 3: Cut open coconut to pour out the fresh water into the glasses, then scrap out the white creamy flesh of the young coconuts.
Step 4: Scope some coconut flesh and cooked bird nests into each glass.
Step 5: Served fresh. Stir well and enjoy your drinks!
