What do you think is the most significant contribution Filipino Women make to the
Country?
Filipino Women have taken key leadership executive positions in the corporate world – we have the highest percentage of women key executives in the world. That speaks a lot about the strength and grit of the Filipino Woman – having the ability to accept, believe and surrender to the belief that we can have a brilliant purposeful career and a happy personal/family life – that we can have the best of both worlds and that we deserve it.
What’s your best advice for Filipino women to achieve success?
I am so inspired by the words and advice of Sheryl Sandberg that I wish to share it here for the Filipino Woman who wants the best of both worlds – a thriving career and a fulfilling personal family life: ” Take a seat at the table …. Make your partner a real partner … don’t leave before you leave.”
