What do you think is the most significant contribution Filipino Women make to the country?
For the most part, Filipino Women see a problem, a gap, an injustice, a need as a Job To Be Done … and they go ahead and Do It. This year’s most significant contribution – and probably the most influential Filipino woman of 2021 – has got to be Ana Patricia Non and her community pantries: the epitome of doing what needs to be done.
What’s your best advice for Filipino women to achieve success?
Raise your hands for the tough jobs that no one else wants to do. Collaborate. Hold yourself accountable. Focus on performance, not on publicity.
