NOVEMBER 16TH – Introduction to Belly Dance

Come and join us for a moving and rich Belly Dance session with belly dancer and instructress Nashwa.

Experience different kinds of belly dance movements which can relax and nourish your body.

This class will start moving with simple yet rich belly dance movements such as Circle, Spiral, Infinity Loop, Undulation, Hip Drop, and Shimmy…all the goodness of belly dance movements! Then we will combine these movements along with music. During class, the movements will be repeated again and again until your body will feel comfortable and connected. All movements are completely natural and nourishing for women’s body.  With your body flowing with conscious breathing, your mind will be relaxed and your body will be fully awakened.

This class is for all levels. All women are welcome to this night of Relaxercise.

NOVEMBER 23rd – Women & Money: Why Women Stand in the Way of Our Own Financial Security

We are very pleased to invite you to our first event with Andrea Kennedy from Wiser Wealth!

Andrea will give a short talk to help us understand what drives our personal psychology around money, savings, and wealth creation.

Andrea is Asia’s only counsellor in Financial Psychology, and a certified financial planner who has counselled hundreds of families to come to grips with their financial situation over the last decade. She is also the author of “Own Your Financial Freedom”.

Woolf Works Wednesdays are always a great way to meet the women (and men are also welcome!) of our wider community – we are a diverse and creative bunch! We are also a friendly bunch, so please feel free to come along on your own or with a group of friends.

Weather gods permitting, we will be enjoying our evening on our wonderful roof terrace. Come along and check it out!

Our guest speakers will take us on a quick journey through their ups and downs and lessons learnt along the way.
