The Instant Pause – Singapore – January 6 (Event)

The Instant Pause

Start the year with a Pause!

If you want to create something new in your life or just need time and space for yourself, then the Instant Pause is the perfect pit stop for you.

A one-day workshop designed for people who are busy being busy; a day which gives you time and space to think about you and your life.

Danielle Marchant, Founder of the Instant Pause, says “The Instant Pause is structured around a process I learned over ten years ago. It is a simple process that has supported me time and time again in my life. I’ve used it at those times when I’ve felt confused, and when I’ve looked in the mirror and can no longer see the real me. When my zest for life has disappeared – slipping away almost un-noticed, this process has helped me see options I didn’t know existed for myself.”

About The Instant Pause

This workshop is intended to be small and intimate with no more than seven participants. It begins at 10am, finishes at 5pm and is held at the lovely Caribbean Restaurant, Lime House, in Chinatown. The cost is $265 for the day and includes lunch, refreshments, materials and a lovely gift.
